To the post offices defense, they are probably understaffed and overworked which would make many people not in the best mood.
We're not all clowns here in Vermont. We're also not all mush-mouthed water heads like the guy talking in the beginning.

After watching the video I don't know if they got the memo or not but this post office including the postmaster we're professional . The employee did keep her word and she did notify the postmaster of a concerned citizens complaint and therefore the problem is being addressed. There may have been past complaints and issues with employees and customers at this particular post office but you can only move on and learn and grow hopefully in the process and not be doormat and unresponsive and making change and doing better but I see success and training and progress with this particular post office and I'm very hopeful that this one will get it together and do better good work

This post office was tame compared to a lot of others. They did alright except the poster 7 issue.
So she has been horrible for over twenty years and she is in charge.
