Im glad the mom finally came to her senses good grief
I’d love to have a mother like hers who would fight for justice for me as hard as she did 🙄
Imagine convicting someone because they possibly used the wrong wording. I couldn’t do that. No physical evidence whatsoever
I will never complain about my mother again. I feel so bad that her own mother didn’t stand up for her when she had no voice to speak.
How would she scream after a shot. After being shot in either face or head… neither would allow you to scream after.
Not at all the point of this sad story, but…. The narration sounds exactly like the narrator from The Sandlot.
Tiffanys mother certainly isn't her daughter's champion 😢
Doubt it was him.
I have a hard time believing Jason killed his wife.
I’m sorry her mom is crazy for still supporting Jason
Why they only, focus to jason how about his affair or any people connected to her
It's laying beside her because it's on her side 😂😂😂😂The gun 🔫 in ✋ hand
Ladys how live alone(or anyone for that matter)you really need a big dog or 2,a breed that protects and gaurds like A rotweiler or and a staffie….and no one will bother you,I garantee it!!!
No I’m sorry. Even if you just have a little bit of sympathy and she killed herself, you’d be emotional. At 15 my father murdered my mom and woke me up at 6 am and I had just went to sleep hours before I was an emotional wreck. We didn’t have an amazing relationship either but I loved her. I will never believe the excuse of everyone acts differently. While I understand to an extent if you TRULY LOVE THEM you will show emotion.
1:04:20 she didn’t leave with him, she said she was leaving & his creepy self followed her out….
If you’re a police officer responding to the scene of a shooting, observe two separate gun shot wounds to the head of the victim, and automatically begin assuming suicide rather than homicide then maybe you don’t have the instincts or common sense for that line of work. Then when you factor in the other things such as the husband being the one who called 911, the husband admitting on scene that they had been arguing, and other things, it’s just preposterous that you’d be assuming suicide. Unbelievable.
Mario Garcia is a liar. She tried fighting him off with the best she could and he killed her. That’s where the scratches in the bruises came from lock them up and throw away the key.!!!
Now I want to see Mario’s interview after the bones were found. He’s denial was sooo strong I almost believed him. And he came strong – ‘they didn’t see her get into my car either’. Bruhh!

I find it so hard to believe there is even one valid suicide with 2 shots to the head😮
this grandma narrator voice 😰
She's in denial! She came out against him and for her daughter
I don’t think he killed her. He was always straight forward. I know his type of demeanor. My brother in law who was a lieutenant detective has the exact same demeanor and character. They rarely show emotion but they can love deeply and their partner in life is very important to them.
I feel like if he was trying to hide anything he'd "act " the way people expect a person to in this situation. No one knows how they'll react or respond in a scenario like this. You do bizarre things through shock/disbelief. When I walked into my home and found my brother deceased on the floor I asked the coroner/cops etc. " will I get my duvet to keep him warm ", in that moment it's almost like an out of body/mind state and everyone acts differently.
Cherryl is the best of us.
Cold hearted
most of these people sound too ignorant to listen to. this guy shot his wife. i don't need to hang around to find out.
HOWEVER IF THE GUN WAS 10' AWAY WHEN SHE SHOT HERSELF, THAT WOULD EXPLAIN WHY THERE ARE 2 SHOTS.
Jason looks and seems so innocent he really does, BUT On the first police body cam running up to the scene THE VAN DOOR WAS WIDE OPEN, BUT HE TOLD THE OFFICERS IT WAS EITHER BARELY AJAR OR CLOSED.
POINT BLANK
How completely irresponsible abd unprofessional for that cop to proclaim on the scene that it's definitely a suicide. That's not how things are supposed to work. But when cops or relatives of cops are involved, that's when the cover-up starts.
So sad women find the wrong people to m a r r y I guess it's true for men also your life can be over in a heartbeat and you never see it coming
3 minutes…… he pulled the trigger
I have to say Jason sounds very, very calm on his call to emergency services !
