Age progression photo released of Haleigh Cummings

I really wish the technicians had considered her Turner's Syndrome when doing this age developed photograph. There would be significant differences in her facial features, in particular the neck/shoulder area. I understand they had a picture and family members to go off of when trying to create this, but had they given consideration to her medical diagnosis this could have been a much more most likely accurate age progression photo.
