Poor little baby boy RIP
I wonder why the second father of the infant did not notify police that his son was missing, or did he? Had he done so, possibly the mother and boyfriend would have been prosecuted at that time.

I'm just glad he didn't grow up to have kids of his own. Could you imagine how entitled they would act? No sympathy. It's not the skin color. It's the whole "attitude". Sorry, but not sorry.
I wish they could do this in Europe! We have several unidentified women and girls with no recorded birth, DNA doesn't give indication as to where they're from, and found with nearly 0 belonging and 0 trace evidence! Some of these women have been unidentified since 1955!

Wow!! I'm from Philadelphia and a few months back, there was a story about bodies exhumed at local cemeteries due to cold cases. I bet the mother was one of those people. RIP Carl and James 🌠
