I totally disagree with this ex- DSS boss, as a department of state services you don't need to badge into a state assembly even though you were invited. These are the jobs of the police or even the house assembly security, all the SSS would do is to give directives. Their actions that day just exposed how the agency is being ordered around and being used by politicians in Nigeria. The agency just let themselves be turned into some political tool.
Why is the DSS holding Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, is the DSS a detention facility, correctional center or what? Nigeria is a decayed society. All of you serve your boss, not Nigeria.
This is the same thing Umahi did and APC never did anything to it, what a pity to the democracy of the country

2. The former DSS' boss thinks it's the duty of the DSS to jump in whenever there is crisis that could threaten the foundation of our country. For example, we saw them at the Lagos State House of Assembly recently. I hope you know where I'm going with this? When Mahmood lied about technical glitch disrupting the 2023 Nigerian elections, where was the DSS? When nonYorubas were prevented from voting by Tinubu, Obasa, Oluomo, and Sanwoiku, where was the DSS?
