Same old conclaves, all talk, no action! Question is – is the city more livable than it was last year when the previous conclave happened? They should just outsource infra like what Dubai did as these guys are highly incompetent! Cannot believe that these same guys are living in the same city but cannot see the massive problems!

BMC Corruption on epitome 😊 To pass file in every table in BMC office has rate card. Narrowest footpath and everywhere civil debris, shop encroachment and slum mafia. If CM went to Japan then why hasn't he dug a dedicated tunnel for water pipeline, electrical lines, fibre optics etc.

Civic people have given up… We interested in giving our time… Example is when Hinjawadi in pune. The ITans raised voices but nothing happened. We can't keep shouting for it until our kids are adults. That's our problem! Fix does not come because everyone here are trying to satisfy individual egos!

Spend as much you desire but the situation will only improve if influx in Mumbai is controlled. How do expect a one time capacity capacity will carry ten ton load? As it is the local people are driven out of Mumbai since they do not have purchasing power to own a home in Mumbai. This discussion is just a waste of time and money!
I had taken Right decision to shift my factory from Mankoli to Vadodara, I was very frustrated with the traffic and I cannot tolerate more With the Ghodbunder, Mankoli, Majiwada and Kapurbawdi traffic, the Wada road, kaman road…bye bye Mumbai.
Thought this would be a constructive discussion, but turned out to be a waste of time. I should have seen it coming. Learned people discussing who should be 'ruling' the city. Complete bakwaas. Corruption to the core and total lack of genuine will or concern for the common people. Solve that and we'll have a better city. Until then, keep talking.

The gentleman from Mumbai first is clear that if the government and they work together Mumbai will Rise and NOT sink. But, these so called politicians don’t want such a collaboration. Cause, the politicians will NOT fill their pockets.

Japan is ready to give you solution they will make their authorities to stand aside and help you build the Mumbai, maybe interest free too so that the Money and Infra they planned on the paper should be implemented. Sad part of Mumbai is parking unavailability. Any big city in the world has pay parking hubs wherever it is needed. Especially nearly every shopping area or near railway station. This will ease traffic.
