This series was so well done and such a beautiful tribute to Melvin.

It's now year 2024 and it still gives me the exact same feelings watching these videos about one of my favorite Radio Personalities the Melvin "Quiet Storm" Lindsay! I was in high school from Memphis,TN and saw him and Angela Stribling show on BET.

A picture to match the voice of The Quiet Storm. He and some other African Americans were my inspiration to become a Broadcaster Mass Communication, Television all of it; lol I finally got accepted to Howard University but I had to leave due to me being financially challenged ha. And more importantly my Mother had gotten ill ( She's fine now).

But anyway. I still have that dream.of doing Radio television and maybe finish the three years needed at Howard who knows.. 😂😊

If it happens Melvin Lindsey and some others who have paved the way in Black Radio is the reasoning why.

There's a beautiful art on the wall at the historic Ben's Chili Bowl of Melvin Lindsey you have to see it. It's awesome.
