@olusolaadebayo8243 February 21, 2025 - 9:24 am

Ijebu state is overdue

@DaEvano February 21, 2025 - 9:24 am

This is indeed a commendable initiative. It will undoubtedly assist Nigeria to progress forward.

@fienmesasime4159 February 21, 2025 - 9:24 am

Hearing kalu soeak and u understand why nigeria can progress with leaders like him. How can u propose to create states without plans for viability? Shd a man who cant take care of 1 wife add 2 more wives to his family and say God will provide?

@ckolins February 21, 2025 - 9:24 am

… creating 31 states with the existing 36 would make Nigeria, a 67 state country😅😅😅😅…so, the number of senators will increase from 109 to 201 senators… also the allocation to governors for security votes will almost double! We need to go back to regional government system in this country or create more LGAs!

@ckolins February 21, 2025 - 9:24 am

Instead of pushing for regionalism, they are running after shadows and mirages for no good reasons but subjectivism đŸ˜ĸđŸ˜ĸđŸ˜ĸ

i don’t know why this book is so hard to find, but after finally getting Vibrations of Manifestation by Alex Lane, i get why they don’t want this out there. it breaks down exactly why most people stay stuck, and once you see it, you can’t unsee it. since reading it, my whole life has shifted. the secrets inside are worth the effort.

@dinusit441 February 21, 2025 - 9:24 am

i thought i had read every manifestation book out there, but Vibrations of Manifestation by Alex Lane hits different. it’s damn near impossible to find, but after reading it, i see why. it doesn’t just talk about manifesting, it explains how to shift energy in a way that actually works. took me forever to track it down, but it was worth every second

@dnyaneshwarbhui7634 February 21, 2025 - 9:24 am

ever notice how some books just disappear? Vibrations of Manifestation by Alex Lane isn’t easy to find, and now i understand why. the things it reveals about energy and attraction? insane. i thought i was just “unlucky” until i applied what it teaches. within weeks, my finances flipped, and i stopped chasing things—now they come to me

@shantiahari9056 February 21, 2025 - 9:24 am

spent way too long searching for Vibrations of Manifestation by Alex Lane, and now i know why it keeps disappearing. this isn’t some basic “think positive” book—it actually explains why some people attract everything while others stay stuck. applied just one thing from it, and my results changed fast. if you can find it, don’t sleep on it.

A national economical parameter standard should be set for any state creation without any sentiment not by population but by what you bring to the table..arios.

@ownerkingsley9649 February 21, 2025 - 9:24 am

I would be very happy if Edo state was included. The Esan people should be given a state of their own. The marginalisation by the Binis towards the Esan people is too much.

@Sabrerattler007 February 21, 2025 - 9:24 am

When you allow the inept and nodogooders to manage the affairs of the State, you really shouldn't expect anything positive from them. When Nigerians are thinking of ways to streamline the cost of governance for efficiency, and then they see legislooters attempting to balloon out governance, that's when they should aptly conclude that these cast of legislooters are representing themselves and not representing them.
What purpose would creating additional States serve?
This Tinumbu's government always looks for ways to distract Nigerians from focusing on their ineptitude.

@johnokoye4859 February 21, 2025 - 9:24 am

“The Deputy Speaker spoke very well. I don’t support creating more states; instead, we should return to a regional government. Within that system, states in each region should manage their own resources.”

@obinjaolujinmioyediran5166 February 21, 2025 - 9:24 am

In my honest layman opinion, if you create more states how would the govt finance the day to day running of the new states when the present 36 states and Abuja are finding it hard to survive?

@valentineanyim2688 February 21, 2025 - 9:24 am

The igbos prefer ( Anioma state ) to Orlu state, Nedi Nwoko has been canvassing for the Anioma state and Nigeria government kept quiet like they are not hearing it, there’s too much injustice against the igbos in Nigeria and that is what is causing all the agitation and Nigeria government is not doing anything to solve the problem and every region supposed to have equal state, Nigeria supposed to be balance and there will be peace, so that nobody will be feeling cheated

@amichael2534 February 21, 2025 - 9:24 am

Seun, the Nigerian people are asking you to investigate the embattled Adamawa Electoral Representative. Looks like he has more news for us.

@Emmanuel-yk8vw February 21, 2025 - 9:24 am

Part of the reasons for the creation of more States is the struggle for resources. Let me be emphatic that the formula for resource allocation is faulty. If Nigeria is truly one country, need should be the basis for resource allocation not derivative. If we rectify this anomaly, the call for more States will cease. Let's be our brother's keeper. Emmanuel Atuchukwu

@isiomachigbolu1622 February 21, 2025 - 9:24 am

Nigeria doesn’t need to create any more state, , if a state should be created , let us create Anioma State to give the Igbo speaking area an equal number states as other region. We know what to do but we refuse to do it because of tribalism, buhari ruined Nigeria with his tribalism and exclusion, now tinubu is continuing the same pattern, everybody is clamoring for their own state because they feel they belong, ie , what buhari did, tinubu doubled down with an all Yoruba iappointments , how can anyone feel like they belong, there are enough positions in government to satisfy each region , before the executive is one tribe, the vp another tribe , senate president a different tribe , head of army , police , customs prisons etc, by the time you do this , you have covered every region , this is what we have to do in a multicultural society like Nigeria, it was working for a while , until buhari came , didn’t think tinubu would do the same , instead he doubled down with his nearly an all Yoruba appointment, so we know what to do , but we rather continue with our tribalism which will lead us to nowhere , we don’t need state creation, but to do the right thing.

@Emmanuel-yk8vw February 21, 2025 - 9:24 am

Creation of additional States is not a sincere move. Instead, additional Local Governments is preferable. We should move to unite Nigeria not to divide it. Emmanuel Atuchukwu

@PreciousPromise-r2s February 21, 2025 - 9:24 am

I support the 31 states and the constitution review.

@Criticalthinking01 February 21, 2025 - 9:24 am

Seun you have your own agenda. Politics is Politics, nothing more.

@petradavid426 February 21, 2025 - 9:24 am

Imagine all states in the south south will have 2 states capitals except Edo State. Not fair

@Vikingsademola February 21, 2025 - 9:24 am

A bunch of coup plotters😮😮 from the North, supported by the Yorubas who always benefitted took Power and unilaterally created states to favor Northerners and the Yorubas. Meanwhile, the producers of the wealth producers were forgotten 😊😮😮

@Vikingsademola February 21, 2025 - 9:24 am

Bunch of jokers 😂31 more states. Really, Just create additional states in SE and SS for equity or total independence of the regions Midwestern, South Eastern, Northern, Western, South Southern regions

@saheedbakare212 February 21, 2025 - 9:24 am

Creation of more states, at this point is an absolute irresponsible and selfish of our political class especially when more states are dependent upon allocations from Federal Government.
They just want to create more senators, reps, governors, LG chairpersons etc for themselves and not about the poor masses.
