Honestly this is a big story but I’m kinda shocked it’s not bigger. People are going hungry! Food banks and pantries can not replace 42 million people’s food. Some who get partial help others all their food. This is absolutely sickening these republicans are using hungry people as pawns. People are literally unable to buy more food or having to do extreme things to make food last. I’ll admit I’m one of them! I’m fully disabled. Certified. You know how hard it is to get on disability? And anyone who thinks it’s enough to even pay just rent ifs not. Like I’m by myself. I don’t have family for help or someone to share bills. I get my snap on the 9th. Today. I have $25 in my account. How are both parties not leaving Congress until they at least fund food for hungry people! The military and even people who direct planes make enough they might have some savings to last a month or two. Or a few weeks or so. People who qualify for full snap like me can not go even a few weeks with no snap. I honestly don’t know what I’m going to do. They are doing it on purpose. The Trump admin is fighting so hard NOT to give hungry people food. I think so the pressure will really start to come down and use it for politics. Or they can use this period to say “see it wasn’t that bad, those people don’t need SNAp” and then say they are stopping SNAP. Which of course is one of the things they want to do. They want a country where you either are healthy and can work 40-60 hours a week and live paycheck to paycheck or die of hunger and no healthcare. The level of cruelty is just so sad. This man who levied the east wing of the White House to build a ballroom larger than the White House! A ballroom! The man just doesn’t care. He literally said in the last two days that the cost of living issues is over. That the real issue is republicans just aren’t messaging right. Course cost of living has accelerated since Trump took office. You know with “groceries”. The “old chained word” that he thinks he brought back? How out of touch can you be to not know people have always used that word. He’s never had to buy groceries jn his whole life. He was born with a silver spoon and cheated and ruined others lives to get even richer. When will more lower and middle class supporters of him realize he’s a fraud! Always has been’ Marjorie Taylor Greene has even come to the conclusion! Wealth inequality and bailing out the rich, rich corporations and counties who line trumps pockets are who he’s there for. I mean no food for our people but Argentina needs 40 billion? No problem!

Those of you who support giving us our food stamps or medical and our medication they have no business also telling us what medication we can and cannot take I have PTSD chronic pain and I either have to decide to take pain medication or anxiety medication for my PTSD I cannot have both because it's against the government law! So I take pain medication and I stay inside my house I do not go out because I'm too afraid to go out
