Some people who sees themselves as leaders in this country are practically lazy (sorry for using such word but I can't find any adjective to qualify such term) and perpetually wants to remain lazy.

Specifically, Mr Taiwo during the tax reform town house meeting stated clearly, he had called for meeting with governors and most declining, were only interested in whether the Bill would raise revenue.
So who is actually lying here?
