I’m glad he survived the kidnapping
I guess you have to act like a crazy Vietnam vet for the police to believe you about being kidnapped, Surely those cops know everyone acts differently with trauma.
I am so happy for Stan!! I just wish that our Black youth could avoid th e horrible fate of criminal life.
How did he knew the time not seeing anything?
What men meant to do to Stanley for evil, God blessed him with goodness !!! Praise God, blessed be He, for His infinite mercy !!!
I bet he has a woman now!
Of course, Stanley's story is totally credible. This is America. The fact that the FBI didn't believe him is also totally credible.
I don’t believe him
I love a happy ending! 💕
Bless Stanley.
Already don't buy it.Lucky and Red…..ooooook
Lucky and his pals look really young.
How’d he know someone peeped their head around the corner while blindfolded?
He's so comfortable telling his story, it's like a really bad novel. So many questions lol
who scored this? Horrible job
Anyone else feel sorry for the perps? They did the right thing and let him go.
I also find Stanley unlikeable.
This story just feels like the old days when a white guy would pin something on any black guy or someone they knew 😂💀
They didn't even believe one of their. We the average law biding citizens we have no change if they have their head set. Another thing that I noticed is when one of the investigators says to Mercedes when finding her on front of the building. "Your friends did one of they worst thing you can do. You kidnaped one of us." One would think, killing a child would be the highest crime one can commit. I guess not…..
I entirely believe poor Stanley. I know Thugs and from Seattle NW area’s Bartender 30 years and have met all kinds of characters. Now my 1 st husband I married I met on Mt Hood when I worked at a Ski Lodge and he was a Timber Faller…….. 10 years older than me…… from Fort Lee Jersey. I did not like this guy and never in my life met anyone so full of himself. After 6 months….. I actually finally kissed him and he asked me to marry him 😳. I had just turned 18. We married a few months later, meeting his father the Sergeant on Fort Lee PD. Very very cocky dramatic expressive individuals. My husband died in AK. 5 years later and after I had 3 girls. I KNOW Stanley is not lying and I wish I could meet hi. He will have PTSD the rest of his life. I’ve worked for years at the Airlines later in life in PHX. I’ve learned every time if we had cancelations if the flight was a East Coast or West Coast flights from the polar opposites of reactions. I’m sorry everyone is so hard and critical over there. I have lawyers in my family……..btw…. My husbands name was Steven
David Schwimmer passes on the way to get drugs with Matt Leblanc on the way to score more drugs
What a lovely dude. I’m glad his life worked out for the better.
Me:Ain't no way this happened…
Also me:😮😮😮
At least Mercedes took care of him.
If they made a movie about Stanly , Ray Romano is a good actor to play him.
I dont know you Stanley but your story is very credible to me! Im glad you made it safely. Happy birthday!
I hope Kathleen USAgent learned not to judge so precipitously as she did Stanley.
Egon Spengler
Wait. Someone got a life sentence for kidnapping? And these mf wana complain about illegals being deported? Wow
13:34 so clearly the firearms are not loaded lol
8:04 ok I call bs right off the bat lol. Anyone who calls any firearm a “machine gun” just becauee its “scary” looking isn’t gona be a reliable witness.
Ok I stand corrected. He knows what a tec9 is lol
Omg! How ppl can do this to another ppl. This is insane. Education is so important…only that can lower the violence
It was surreal seeing him talk. After all that build up, I was SURE he was dead.
reminds me a little bit of the movie After Hours
I think these dumb criminals just wanted money all along. If it were like the mobster and found out he's a U.S. Attorney, Stanley would not be alive today.
16:22 thank god i was blinfolded i wouldnt want to see any yucky stuff
I will make a movie out of his "Story"
Ray Romano would be the guy to play Stanley if they make this into a movie!!
so regular people life's dont matter for usa gov and law enforcements ….okay noted….not like I did not know ….but its good to see conformation
I remember watching Stanley on "I Survived". One of the best episodes of the series!
Stanley is a gem!
How do you know what time it is if you're blindfolded???? Please tell me someone had the presence of mind to ask. Oh yea, nevermind. Two different Americas
I find it interesting that Stanley's description never once intimated the perpetrators, with the exception of Lucky, were black by the way they spoke. C'mon, people, let's not get all politically correct here: as a black woman, I KNOW! What surprised me was how young they were! LOVED listening to retired NY detective Bill Glynn … old school NY cop who loved "the hunt." The only saving grace for the perps were that they were smart/scared enough to let Stanley loose instead of acting stupidly by killing him.
If you tell the bad men you have about $110,000 why would they say you have to pull out $50,000? .I kind of feel that they'd demand and take everything he has because obviously they haven't got much to lose at that that point? That's weird. Just my opinion
They looked teenagers!🤦♀️
How come get a life ??
Many case they killed the people got less ?!🤔
I bet he was more likely to believe his witnesses after that happened.
By far and away, hands down, 100% my favorite 48 Hours episode. And they all really did live happily ever after. The End.
Stanley seems like a very special man 🌺🇬🇧
Wow, what an incredible story.
