How was she able to keep the house, make house payments and not need to sell it to pay for her defense? And who searches at all much less a couple days before how to _ someone in their sleep?
This is a tough one …she took the stand ..so that says innocent to me
She did it. They have a dog, and it didn't bark? Wes knows his mother. The killer spoke her…YEAH RIGHT.😂😂
She's guilty if she was not near him when he was shot how did she get 'GSR gun shot residue on her hand… the police really messed up bad..
A dentist is needed in Texas.
A mother that doesn't defend her son. That speaks volumes
the son….
Who else was hoping for the Taser?
She is such a liar
Yes Richard!!!
Z l😊
Obesity is quite obvious a problem in the ol’ USA!
And how can his 2-faced family turn their backs on her? But then again how can she, as a mother, not love her son completely?!
Terrible actor indeed!…13 years older!🥴😖😂🥴😂😖
Idk why people get creeped out about continuing to live in the same home you did when a family member died! That’s so weird to me why you wouldn’t be happy to live there! I live in the same house where my grandfather and my husband both passed away! I loved them both and I only ever had loving and happy feelings with them! Maybe I would feel differently if we had bad relationships or something, idk, but I am thankful that we only had wonderful feelings and happy memories!
She thinks it was her kid… but had a conversation with the “intruder” and didn’t recognize him? If she’s sticking to that story she can not also blame her son
What was the motive if Sandra did it?
16:54 ……Sandra put it there 😐
So what happened to the 18,000
Her voice grates on me
One major flaw in the Justice System is, if someone cooperates voluntarily with law enforcement then automatically the prosecutor will decide they're not a suspect, no matter how guilty this person appears to police & investigators, they can't suspect this person because this person has immunity from the prosecutor, scream that's nonsense all you want.
In this case, the son knew what gun was used in a house that had over 40 guns, the son knew that specific gun was kept in a specific car, when the police checked the first time they couldn't find the specific gun in the specific car, the son told them to look for the specific gun in the specific car under a specific area the second time, and what do you know, the police found it the second time like a bird in a hat, call it magic…😅
If the son is not guilty then no one is guilty, case closed.
The jury dropped the ball on that one
She did it. Poor John 🙁
she did it
Just because you're not fast enough or smart enough to answer questions in court does not mean you're a guilty person!…
Just saying folks…….
I don't necessarily agree that the son's admission about his mother made him appear suspicious. Sometimes the eccentric depths of parental/child relationships are woven in a quiet, surreal awareness.
Of the two, Sandra is sketchy. Her account is questionable.
I don't understand why there's no security footage. The family had many investments on the property that no security system just doesn't make since in my mind. It's not about being under the threat of a break in, it's just a safety precaution, in my mind.
She 'mom' didn't recognize her own sons voice when he asked about the money, and told her to count to 100?
I think she and her son could have been in on it together, or at least that could have been the initial plan. Wes could step in as her caregiver after her husband was killed. They both caused enough confusion to keep either of them from being convicted. But also, when all is said and done, she knew her son wasn’t the brightest, so she was likely playing him, too. There’s absolutely something off about her.
She is sooo guilty. Evil vile woman
She took the chance for her son being innocent and he tried to bury her. He knew where the gun was, had no alabi et al but was never questioned as a suspect. They knew they let the killer walk and now any jury choosen would easily have reasonable doubt in his mother. Perfect crime
