Jesus, how do you know that at that exact moment she is talking about being in the kitchen, she is not also thinking about something else that causes that micro-expression- for example annoyance or sadness about the public criticism she receives for her cooking show? Or an argument she had with Harry or…? I guess my point is while her micro expression does seem to show incongruence with her words, there is no way we can know that other things aren't also at work at the same time as she says them. You can be talking about how happy you are and have a flash of a thought about a breakup or death or…. that might cause the same phenomenon.
She could be under stress, like the rest of us humans. This is very unkind. Harry and Meghan make people rich, cancel culture really is an ugly business. Honestly, there are so many truly bad people in the world where to rightfully channel hate if you must, but no, you pick up someone quite innocuous in the big scheme of things…
It's not right to dehumanize a person like this, nitpicking all their expressions to foster hate. I also had days when my expression wasn't perfectly schooled and my troubles might have slipped through, that doesn't make anyone a bad person. It's human.

The interview was classic Dunning-Kruger. She has read some books on stuff like 'the mindset of successful people' and is parroting some of it. But other stuff she says shows her to be utterly clueless. A certain number of questions are designed to explain her business failures as successes, and also to sell the idea that it's all strategic and intentional. The worst line in her interview has to be : "and this is what we're trying to teach people."
Last thing… If people have previously hurt you by spreading lies about you, would you have an emphatic smug grin when you said "I'd ask people to tell the truth"? (That was said knowing full well it would get media attention, as well as being pure dupers delight.)
I do think she is an 'apex' narcissist riding high at the top of this epidemic of narcissism that has evolved in the last decade.
I don't understand how MM was ever an actress. She cannot contain her feelings nor separate her inner emotions from showing on her face, which is surely the epitome of acting ability. This is likely why all her "acting" was very one dimensional and of a certain character. The mattress actress is right.
