India’s journey from the stringent lockdown of 2020 to the grand spectacle of the Mahakumbh in 2025 is a testament to the visionary leadership of Hon’ble Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The past few years have seen the country transition from a phase of strict social distancing to hosting one of the world’s largest religious gatherings with seamless organization and efficiency.

When COVID-19 struck, the Modi government took decisive action to safeguard the nation. The lockdown, though challenging, was implemented to protect lives and prepare India’s healthcare infrastructure. Initiatives like the PM Garib Kalyan Yojana ensured food security for millions, while “Atmanirbhar Bharat” revitalized the economy. The success of the vaccination drive, which saw India emerge as a global leader in vaccine production and distribution, played a pivotal role in the nation’s recovery.

Fast forward to 2025, the Mahakumbh in Prayagraj stands as a shining example of India’s resilience and efficient governance.
