Is the DW a pro communist channel?

The world is shaking and anyone is noticing nothing about China. Where are China's secrets activities?

You confuse us when you use far right terms. It is called common sense!

@sandroenriquez February 22, 2025 - 8:01 am

The main issue is that the Anglo-Americans do not want Germany to be a partner of Russia. Germany and Russia could make a powerful empire.

Depends if you want all of your factories shut down

@sues3218 February 22, 2025 - 8:01 am

If you don't like America, then I guess you don't want our NATO money anymore. I am all for leaving NATO. Pay for your own military protection. I am done giving money to people who hate us.

I find it strange that Germany had no problem with Biden (feeble minded), but have a problem with Trump. Of course, if a nation does not have free speech, the citizens must believe what they are told.

british reporters on a german channel reporting on germany says it all.

Europe it better off usa influence, time to get better deals for europe..time to make good economic deals with russia, with china and everyone that offers a fair deal. Usa’s influence over everyone and everybody is over

@brightlight3520 February 22, 2025 - 8:01 am

pretty sure the entire G7 was told by the NATO/US Hegemony to sanction Russia or else they will be outcasted.

It wasnt an independent decision, it was driven by fear and towing the line to support the paradigm.

@robert4uh February 22, 2025 - 8:01 am

Time that europe is for europe..no usa and no russia..europe is for europeans

Everyone who takes the time to listen to Alice Weigel will admit that she is basically after the same goals that the people in the US voted for.

Germany's problem is not Russia do you guys get that.

@igora.aleksandrov4682 February 22, 2025 - 8:01 am

DW is a pathetically propagandistic operation. Since when is conservative libertarianism or a commitment to national sovereignty an extreme right position??? How is pointing out how the US Monroe Doctrine would work if the US was in Russia’s position relative to Ukraine just a Putin talking point? Why don’t YOU tell us what that doctrine is and how it would work in this case? Utter idiotic dishonesty.

I want to see the best for Germany. Simply stated the solution is to have Sahra Wagenknecht as the new Chancellor in the next election. She is intelligent, honest, and cares for Germany and will not take orders from other countries. I wish her all the best. JK Esq.

@pipoptimist February 22, 2025 - 8:01 am

Most European politicians and the USA are always looking for enemies.
Why? What is in it for these warmongering politicians.
Ukraine is not going to get 'victory'. It was doomed from day one, which was in 1990 when the USA decided to become the world's unipolar dominant country, freezing out Russia.
Then in 2014 when Kiev set its Asov regiments onto its own Eastern Oblasts – waging war on its own countrymen and deliberately stripping them of their Russian culture.
Russia holds the moral highground in this debate and conflict.
Read Scott Horton's latest book and listen to Jeffery Sachs to understand what's going on in this region.

@haringamihan9845 February 22, 2025 - 8:01 am

Pro Russian?, So everything germans decide is labeled as either pro Russia or Pro America?. Couldn't it be Pro German?

@Agyaat_ February 22, 2025 - 8:01 am

Europe doesn't have the balls to go against USA. Europe doesn't have a spine to take independent decisions.

@alexanderpetrow8668 February 22, 2025 - 8:01 am

Close markets to any governments supporting Russian interests. We just watched them cave a few weeks ago to such measures. People in those countries are already there. It'll force a restructuring change, I'm sure quite quickly.

@JG80293 February 22, 2025 - 8:01 am

What are all these arguments to explain why the US reaction in Cuba is not the same as the Russian’s reaction to Ukraine in NATO? Funny as they have the talking points but not sharing any of it 😂

@X.A.V.l.E.R. February 22, 2025 - 8:01 am

But America is now pro russian, wtf is happening

@Huntsman50 February 22, 2025 - 8:01 am

It's not Russia talking point DW, it's just common sense. Who made these new reports?

@SSk5k February 22, 2025 - 8:01 am

Just as they divided their colonies, now they divide themselves.

@keithsims5109 February 22, 2025 - 8:01 am

As an American, I care less who and where you get your products from, it is your business. I believe you have the right to do business with whomever, if you want the US to take up their bases and get out, then so be it …. we will remove our bases. Nothing against us nor you, its your country, run it like you want, we can still be friends right? it seems you have two German minded Germany, the East and the West minded. Best of luck to you

@greble11 February 22, 2025 - 8:01 am

There has always been a very strong anti-American sentiment in Germany – both on the right and the left. They think we are an intellectually, culturally, morally, physically, etc. inferior species. But, they will soon be rid of us. The tragic years in German history of 1945-2025 will just be an unpleasant memory. In a Chinese-Russian dominated world, they will finally realize the peace, prosperity, freedom, and stability that eluded them for past 80 years.

USA is the root cause of all the wars

@DaveWSimmons February 22, 2025 - 8:01 am

My hope is that with Trump back in office, the U.S. and Germany can reset their energy relationship in a way that benefits both nations. Trump has always been about better deals, not isolation.

@220volt-u7 February 22, 2025 - 8:01 am

Canada, Europe, Russia don't want America, but they still don't think they are the guardians of the world that everyone must worship… USA first?

@sorellman February 22, 2025 - 8:01 am

It looks like this new trend in Germany is perfectly in sync with the position currently adopted on Russia by the new administration, with this video being posted 3 weeks ago, when this was not as evident as it is today. As a result, taking Russia's side, which is taking the side of the actual history of the Ukrainian war, would not represent a challenge for most Germans.

@AndrewSienx February 22, 2025 - 8:01 am

It is against all of the Eastern Europe and Scandinavian interests. South doesn't need Russian energy. France is not a friend of Russia (Africa). As is Italy and UK. If Germany starts using Baltic pipe again, it will be bombed again.

And as Germany is loosing its edge in economy, with such policies, it will become very alone in EU. And much less influential.
