Iâm so sick of the Justice system and judges đ¤Ŧđ¤Ŧđ¤Ŧđ¤Ŧ
The child not one single person cared about. Totally abandoned and _____ by an uncaring family.
In my opinion, everyone dropped the ball with this child! The family if y'all were reported things much sooner things might have been different. And when that POS father got his son back you should have been followed up with DCF!
Any mom or dad that can choose drugs over their child to begin with doesn't deserve them ever.
The problem are these stupid judges that always give the kid back drug addict irresponsible piece of s*** parent. It's obvious his dad left drugs laying around. Lil baby possibly got into some s*** laying around, died and that POS covered it up. And why would you wait that many years to report him missing ? As a mother as a grandmother whatever wouldn't let us see our grandson and son. I would have done a well check.
I wonder what evidence they have that is making them say they think something horrible happened to him/that he isnât alive? His Blood in the home?
Donât do drugs!!!!
If his father was a drug addict maybe just maybe just maybe he was sold?
The judge must be help accountable
Bad part on all adults not reporting this much sooner.đĸđĸ judge failed that child incredibly.
I fully understand the knee-jerk outrage at extended family, but people have got to look at the bigger picture here with full context. One, people often go years without seeing family members, especially young children, when one party doesn't want to see another. Estranged families are everywhere. Especially when you take into account the obvious pre-existing turbulence in this family. Two, it was the beginning of 2020, lockdowns were just hitting. Everything everywhere was going sideways for a lot of communities. Frankly, unfortunately, that was kind of the "ideal" time for someone to "go missing". It would have been far easier to deflect and make reasons to not be able to travel, or visit people in the time frame we're talking about here. And I'm 100% certain that there are a dozen other contributing factors that we don't know, because we simply do not know what happened. So I think it's wisest, and kindest, to not hurl hatred at a family who is already suffering. And who, I guarantee, is struggling with blaming themselves already. It would seem that dad took advantage of a perfect storm, and unfortunately, that wound up tragically. But throwing blame at a family who is already drowning in grief, and terror, is just unkind and unhelpful.
Why can't the courts learn. They need to stop giving people back their kids when they have been removed to horrible circumstances like this. These people really change and if they do allow visitations after years of being clean.
Wrongful death suit to all involved who did not protect that little boy. RIP Hayden Manis This happens far to often in this world. đ Condolences to the famliy, lost their son and grandson. đĨ
Heâs been murdered, most likely by one of his parents. They will never find that little boys body. So sad, so tragic.
A judge gave my nephew back to my sister and she lost custody of him to cps less than a year later. She told them she had no family. So they out him in foster care and he was fully adopted before we even found out. Its sickening that these judges arent held accountable. We told the judge she had no job, no home and had been kicked off welfare for fraud- the judge said "thats not my problem- remand custody to the mother". We never saw him again
How does this happen in the modern world? The family is concerned, they contact the police, the dad make some bs excuse about CPS, and the cops go "k"?
Why wasnt the boy allowed to stay with his grandpa and was sent back to his druggie parent? If Hayden was allowed by the court to stay with his grandpa he would be here today.
Why wasnât the school district asking questions?
Why hasn't child protection been checking on him!
Oh dear. I suppose he might have been "sold" and is still alive. Perhaps start with a photo software which will age him to 9 year old. Also have they had cadaver dogs out at the property? It is so so sad.
đĸđĸ
Why was he not being monitored by child services
Maybe those family members should have got in the car and went to check on this so loved boy!!! Iâm sorry but if you know heâs not safe or you havenât heard from that little boy go check on him???? Donât cry now!!!! Heartbreaking đ
OMG đĸđŽđĸđŽđĸđŽđĸđŽđĸđŽđĸđŽ!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Stop the madness of these types of psychopathic judges once & for all. Pass laws or something? to Jail these Judges when they make idioticcdecisions where it's so obvious Judges are intentionally just playing games/pulling puppet strings with real human lives while snickering & laughing inside their own sick heads & behind their psychopathic masks. It's all a game to these sick types. Understand this, Psychopaths seek out jobs where they can act out their destruction onto to others lives &
getoff on having the power over others.
Nothing ever happens to these judges. They don't care if they are not re-elected, they'll take that chance to just be able to in the moment make life destrying decisions & savor that feeling they get off on doing by doing so. We've seen this time & time again played out in many scenarios & we just keep taking up the rear end due to being helpless to the fact that some human with a "title as a judge" (Psychopaths, if you study from the experts, Sam Vaknin to be specific, states Psychopaths feel they are a god) these judges making Godlike decisions over others lives who is just another "person" who puts their pants on just like everybody else, these judges said so, so it was/is fine & dandy,.. okay to do whatever they wanna do. Pulling puppet strings with real peoples lives. Go talk to congress, go talk to the president of the United states, stop the madness once & for all. This psychojudge activity must stop once and for all !!!đ¤¯đ¤Ŧ
How on earth did the kids' family not call police after not having contacted / with son after 24 hours ….feel like family also involved indirectly
The boy must be with his dad i should think look forthe boy
The news agency needs to announce an anonymous tippers phone line and stress that they only want to find out what has happened and where Hayden os.
