This man has given his boys away and did not harm them, as he stated their sick mom was sexting the boy or boys, and she was a registered sex offender before, so to protect your kids from there abuser, and if yes to give them away for a better safe growing up life without Mom sexting them, so be it. Dad deserves to tell his story and get paid, there not dead, there alive and living a great life, I am sure for her to get custody of them before, was her lies to the judge as a skilled liar, she needs to go to Prison asap, you sick Mom Monster not him, Great Dad

So, I have to disagree that the boys would have come forward if they had been left with a cult. Most cults with isolate their members to the point of not having any contact with the outside world, and that includes the internet….. I’m not in any way saying that’s what happened…. Just that the logic you’re going on is not 100%…. Has anyone tried to look into this group “underground sanctuary”? This is heartbreaking no matter WHAT happened, I don’t know what I would have done if this was my son and my heart goes out to this mother.

I was on amber alerts website , randomly clicked on a missing kid and it was one of the skeleton brothers. I had no idea of this case. He knows where they are.

We covered our tracks well" what if she was doing illegal things thats tough when it comes back to through its they made an agreement aggressive or not its still other things that stands out they didn't cry out or more that if they came after the dad or if he got a temper with them and to me them stringing police along is a true" affair between them too

Prosecutor Castleberry said he was going to move this case along before he left office. That did not happen.
Without Billie Little and Chris McDonough getting involved I do not think the Dee Wagner case would have progressed, simply because for years she took was a no body case.
I don't know as a transplant to the area that followed the Skelton brothers case, I kept asking why is no one moving these cases along? A lot of no body cases are brought to trial.
I don't know the politics of how things work here, because former prosecutor Castleberry wanted to and was very capable of trying this case and getting a conviction

If not murder, then kidnapping and sent to another state or another country. He must have hated his wife beyond anything rational.

The simple answer makes sense in most cases but there are possibilities here that deserve investigation. Maybe a group does exist that saves children. An underground organization that save children seems likely and one that poses as altruistic but engages in sex traffic seems likely as well. Family court and CPS have plenty f critics and they both notoriously act outside the best interests of children. I’d like to know about the divorce and the custody dispute. I know that information is confidential but this case is one that needs to become open, as the boys are no longer minors and potentially murdered.
I don’t think they are necessarily able to access technology or be aware they are in the media. If part of the Amish community they lack access to news and all media. If victims of sex traffic they may be in another country and lack access to the American news. They may be free and unaware of what us going on. Even in America people don’t pay attention to what’s happening. Maybe they were raised by people they love and respect and don’t want to step into a nightmare.
I know how contentious family law can get, but the mother is a registered sex offender. I’d like to know the details in her case. Was she she young and engaged in a misguided love affair or was she grooming the victim and working in a place of trust? Sex offenders are not all operating the same and often times people have elements in their cases that mitigate the severity of the crime. If she acted as a much older person in ways that are consistent with deviant behavior I question why these children weren’t removed from the parents. Nothing has been revealed about the father that supports his lack of custody. He could’ve pissed the judge off. He certainly didn’t scare the mother enough for her to worry about the children in his care. She handed them over. Is there a record of some sort of concerning her sexual abuse of the kids? Was her crime the kind that gives credibility to accusations she posed a danger to her children?
It seems like you have failed to provide any reasons why we should believe this man was capable of murdering his children to punish his wife. I have not heard any prior crimes. He certainly has some psychological reports that would point to sociopath, psychopath or narcissistic propensities. His history would have clues but you haven’t mentioned them.
It’s possible he killed the kids, but nothing has been stated to give this any credibility. He says he gave them to people he believed would raise them well. He was willing to step out of their lives to ensure they were safe. An disordered personality is unlikely to admit he wasn’t able to give them the kind of life they deserved. I believe certain underground organizations do exist. The police can and must find out about them. They may be difficult to find but the police know how to unearth them. More importantly, I am sure desperate parent may be taken in by groups disguised as Amish or other religious groups who take in children the courts and cps have failed. There are cults, sex traffic rings and other nefarious groups who operate for awhile under one name then switch the tactics. The dismissal of the possibility is dangerously irresponsible. What if Skelton is telling the truth?
The lack of concrete evidence of Skelton as someone capable of killing his children is not here. He seems to have good reasons to want his children to be protected from his wife. He knows he isn’t likely to win custody. He acts like a man who has seen the court behave in ways that are not just. He even strikes me as a man who understands he isn’t fit a their father for reasons as simple as he reacted poorly to discord in the marriage.
His failure to provide information about the kids kids location could be an effort to protect them. The organization withheld it for obvious reasons. To determine death is to end all potential for a outcome other then he is murderer.
He said his children were it’s others and the story was believable enough to wait until he was about to be released to decide upon he was guilty of murder.
You all may a lot more than we do. But I remember when this first happened and reporters were far less certain murder was involved. He gave a viable story and had viable reasons to want his children out of the mothers custody. We all know that court often sides with the with abusers. They know how to manipulate the judge. Our understanding of personality disorders is just beginning to take hold. Judges and police are not trained to discern the behavior of individuals as narcissists,who are charming, manipulative and seem much more together than the victims who come across as mentally unbalanced, angry and unfit to care for the children because they’ve been so abused by the disordered personality
Judges often ignore evidence because they see the source of it as lacking credibility, abused women can speak to how police mistreat them because they return to abusers, often protect them and suffer cognitive dissonance so profound the cops and courts think they are liars. If they understand the impact of abuse these members of law enforcement and the court would see why they act this way. Why they haven’t become educated is anyones guess.
I’m not convinced of either version of events but the episode seems to be which means the public will likely see Skelton as a murderer. He will be convicted and we will lose the opportunity to explore the groups he swears have his boys. They could be well intentioned and they could be operating in disguise and using children for sick purposes. Not only don’t we expose them as possible locations for our lost children but we fail to recover those children. Maybe Skelton made it all up but these entities exist. We want the easy answer when it seems like the complicated one deserves our attention.

How do we know she didn't hurt them? Now she wants their insurance money, if they had insurance!
