I agree. And if you allow politics ruin your relationships then you deserve what you get. I had uncles that didn’t speak for 27 years because of politics. It even got physical. I never told anyone, but I look down on them for that. It broke up our family. We were never the same. We, the children, have learned from it. Don’t do it. It’s not worth it.✌🏽

In reality, there is a subset of the population who are in a dangerous political cult we’ve all been dealing with for the last decade and recently they were given a chance to categorically state that they would rather support this cult than a flawed but functioning status quo, at the expense of everyone else. Their votes have literally made everyone in America less free, poorer, and stupider. I am fine with drawing a moral line in terms of what relationships I find acceptable here.
