Yeah which never should happen if they were driving like they should. I hope they pass it. In my state they are very close to DUI’s on most accidents produced. I watch them pass me going 85-90 on a two lane highway with a 65mph speed limit. Then they ride bumpers until people move over. I’m not talking about every so often, it’s everyday. In Montana we have a Bozeman pass that’s rated high risk and that only because of how many semi’s speed and cause accidents on ice.
In this scenario you should probably be wearing your seatbelt. I would blame the truck in lane #1 because it should only be the two right lanes used for trucks.
In New York they want top speed 55

I have seen a lot of truck drivers take up all the lanes. The one in the left lane is who should get the ticket. They shouldn’t be able to travel faster than the speed limit.
So your argument is very weak
So 3 truckers who all are aware of the issue because it's thier job to know the regulations…. the truck on the right shouldn't be gunning it and the other 2 shouldn't attempt to pass if they are governed at a speed insignificant more than the person they are passing, this is just a bad set up to try and prove anything but ur own biased
We don't have any issues in UK and we have been using them for years. Simple facts are trucks shouldn't be using all three lanes and you would be at fault for not yealding to emergency vehicles.
Another big problem is the mentality "ain't nobody gonna pass me"
In the UK lorries are not allowed to use the third overtaking lane.
Also if lorries are elephant racing at 60mph then they get tickets
This is the most trucker thing I’ve ever heard, firstly you shouldn’t be 3 wide on a 3 lane road especially if you aren’t passing. BUT hypothetically this is when the shoulder would come in useful. To answer your question the truckers are to blame for lack of common sense
Two things will happen one.
Who ever is in the left most lane should slow their ass down and let the ambulance pass. Ever heard of this thing called a break?
Secondly you will now have a law the forbids you from taking up all the lanes at the same time…we now have a new problem XD

The truck in the middle lane slows down and the truck in the left lane moves over and…stay TF out of the left lane! Note: limiters/governors are a garbage idea that true professional drivers don't need.

Trucks shouldn't be taking up all 3 lanes but even if they stay in the right most lane the entire country will just be one big conga line of trucks that no one will be able to enter or exit the highway. Remember, we don't have to move over to let people into the highway

My thoughts are semi's should only be allowed certain hours and certain lanes…this method has worked in other countries SUCCESSFULLY for years.
I've heard soo many better arguments against Governors than this one. Someone would know to slow down so someone can pass. Do people not pay attention to whos driving along side of them. Bad example man.
